David Tran is a seasoned financial executive and serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in fund management, private lending, and growth-stage business operations. He has held director-level positions at a top 100 global tech firm and founded several multimillion-dollar companies in finance, marketing, and consumer products. With a background in business administration and finance from California State University, Fullerton, David brings deep expertise in asset-backed investing, structured finance, and investor relations. His focus at The Luxe Fund is ensuring strong returns while preserving investor capital through strategic partnerships and disciplined fund deployment.
Jon Daurio, Esq.
Chief Compliance Officer & Legal Counsel
Jon Daurio brings over 30 years of legal and regulatory leadership to The Luxe Fund, specializing in financial services, mortgage banking, and consumer compliance. A Harvard graduate with a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Jon has led both public and private institutions, including as co-founder of Encore Credit Corp. and Chairman & CEO of Kondaur Capital Corporation. His experience includes overseeing legal and compliance operations for financial institutions handling billions in transactions. At The Luxe Fund, Jon ensures our fund structure, investor agreements, and operational procedures align with U.S. securities law and protect investor interests to the highest standard.
